How to pay your invoice

Standing Order

If you wish to set up a Standing Order, please contact our Factoring Department who will post a Standing Order form for you to complete and send to your bank.

Allpay card

  • At a post office – you can pay by cash or debit card
  • At an outlet displaying the PayPoint logo

Pay online using Allpay

  • Go to www.allpayments.net
  • Complete the registration process – you will need the 19-digit number on your Allpay payment card

Your invoice

The Association issues factoring invoices in March and September each covering the following periods:

1 December – 31 May
1 June – 30 November

Your bill will include charges for the following:

  • Management fee or administration fee
  • Buildings insurance (if you are part of the Association’s block buildings insurance policy)
  • Your share of common repairs (as per your title deeds)
  • Common services (such as close lighting and landscaping)

Other payment methods

  • You can post a cheque to the Association’s office – please put your reference number and property address on the reverse of the cheque
  • Come in to the Association’s office and pay by cheque
  • Cheques payable to Thistle Housing Association Ltd
