IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Our office is closed to visitors and staff until further notice.

We are suspending some of our services to tenants and owners as a result of UK and Scottish Government announcements made on 23rd  March 2020 to slow the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Our staff members are now working from home, and can be contacted by phone or email. We will continue to run essential services to the best of our ability,

These services include:

• Emergency repairs
• General housing enquiries in relation to rent and re-housing
• Factoring enquiries
• Essential services in our multi-storey blocks
• Welfare rights and benefits advice

At present, we are unable to do as we hoped by delivering  essential supplies to our vulnerable residents, although we will continue to seek out services that are being provided by other agencies to try and establish a link.

Until further notice, we will no longer be undertaking:

• Non-emergency repairs
• General maintenance
• Property allocation
• Home visits
• Estate management inspections
