Suspension of New Share Applications

Prior to the commencement of the formal consultation period on the proposed transfer of engagements to Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association, the Management Committee  agreed on 24 June 2020 to suspend accepting new applications for share membership during the transfer process as permitted under Rule 7.2.3 of the Association’s Rules. This reflects the positive progress we are making with Sanctuary Scotland on developing the transfer business case and ensures that we consult with the same current shareholding members throughout the transfer process.
